- Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI / ML models including GenerativeAI , LangChain and NLP
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning alogrithms, softwarearchitecture, libraries and frameworks to create AI that accomplishes outlinedgoals
- Rigorous knowledge of Python programming to develop software. Java isa plus.
- Skillful in developing and maintaining detailed, easy-to-readdocumentation including data dictionaries, model documentation, and codedocumentation
- Experience in leading and mentoring other engineers
- Experience in integrating AI / ML into existing applications in batchand realtime
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaboratewithin and outside the team
- Hands-on experience on writing and understanding complexSQL(Hive / PySpark-dataframes) and optimizing data pipelines. Experience withNoSQL is a plus
- Experience in Big Data ecosystem including Map-Reduce, Hive, Spark(core, SQL and pyspark) and UNIX shell scripting
- Experience with GitHub and leveraging CI / CD pipelines
- Experience in taking models through AI / ML governance in highlyregulated industry is a plus
