Marcum LLP is seeking a Senior Manager in the Real Estate Practice to join our growing and well established national firm in our New York, office .
This position requires an experienced Tax professional with strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities
- The candidate must be a CPA
- A Master’s Degree in Taxation is preferred
- The candidate should have 10 to 15 years of experience specifically handling real estate partnerships with some experience handling REITS and corporate structures involving real estate
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate strong Subchapter K (partnership) skills
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and writing skills)
- The ability to manage client relationships
- The ability to plan for and oversee the timely completion of engagements
- The candidate should be presentable, personable and demonstrate partner potential
- Very good training skills and the ability to supervise large engagements
- Excellent judgement and the ability to work independently
- The candidate’s past experience should demonstrate career stability
