Malone Solutions is URGENTLY hiring Forklift Operators who are eager to join our team working with a new automotive supplier in Richmond Hill, GA.

Forklift Operator Highlights :
- Competitive starting pay of $20.20 / hr with an additional shift premium when working 2nd / 3rd shift.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities :
- Operate all equipment (Forklift (Sit down / Stand-up), Tugger, Pallet Jack, etc.)
- Loading and unloading dry van trailer equipment
- Identifying damages and reporting shortages or quality deficiencies
- Transport pallets to and from the production line
- Delivery arrival check-ins and departure check-outs
- Inspection of equipment and communication defects
- Comply with company policies and guidelines
- Will require certification training upon starting before operating equipment
- Following the company's safety and quality guidelines
Forklift Operator Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- One year or more of recent Forklift operator experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs consistently
- Good communication (written / verbal) and teamwork skills required
- Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary
- Flexibility in working hours including the ability to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends when required
- Must meet Drug Test and Background Check requirements
