Position - Property Manager Location - North Hills (Sepulveda Blvd. and Nordoff St.) Hours - Monday-Friday- 8 : 00a-5 : 00p - Available after hours and weekends for emergencies - Cannot be combined with any other work Salary - $4200-4500 / month gross salary (DOE) w / rent deduction.

- Rent Collection
- Generating / Posting notices
- Reviewing / Scheduling Work Orders
- Advertising / Marketing / Leasing Vacant Units
- Other duties assigned by management Requirements :
- Must live at the property being managed
- Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year
- Managing 50+ units preferred
- Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus
- GED or HS Diploma
- MUST- Valid Driver's license
- MUST- Reliable vehicle
- Bilingual in Spanish a preferred
