Position Summary
The Senior Director - Operations & Ancillary Services role is responsible for providing leadership and direction in planning, guiding and coordinating the daily operations, support and resource management of Memorial Hospital.
Responsible for ensuring effective and efficient operation of the all departments while promoting patient, customer and employee satisfaction.
An integral part of this role is working closely with leaders to facilitate success, participating in strategic planning and initiatives execution as well as play a pivotal role in budget planning and management.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Education : Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Health Care Administration or related field preferred.
2. Experience : Demonstrated leadership competence or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
3. License / Certifications : N / A
