Enterprise Account Executive - Technology Consulting

We are actively looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to lead and develop client relationships and act as the single point of contact within existing named accounts. This includes :

  • Account Mining- Develop business and achieve revenue targets by growing the existing revenue base and hunting for new business within the assigned accounts
  • Build, generate and close opportunities pipeline
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and SOW signing
  • Manage executive-level client and stakeholder relationships and expand client and project portfolio beyond current opportunities
  • Build strong client relationships and establish trust with all key client contacts to uncover new opportunities
  • Extensively prepare for client meetings, including producing sales and marketing materials as needed
  • Proactively reach out to clients in order to keep up the relationship and drive new business opportunities
  • Manage multiple client engagements and ensure expectations are reasonable and clearly defined in the scope of work

Requirements :

  • 7+ years of sales experience in an enterprise-level software sales role or other high-ticket IT consultative selling role
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and growing accounts within the Financial Services domain
  • Demonstrated understanding of professional services best practices and a customer first mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building skills, negotiation skills and the ability to establish trust and credibility
  • Must be a self-starter who can learn on the job with minimal oversight
  • Ability to deal with an extreme level of confidentiality in dealing with all information
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast, uber-collaborative environment
  • Experience with vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response management
  • Experience working with VP and CxO level
  • Experience in Digital Transformation is a plus.
  • Experience working in a Professional Services firm with a proven track record of growing client accounts

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, base salary with an OTE of $350k. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on level and position offered.
