The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the development and implementation of strategies, guidance, and direction for the delivery of all areas of agency accounting, finance and related administration departments and services in alignment with Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada’s (CCSN’s) mission and values.
In coordination with the Chief Operating Officer and his / her direct reports, this position will provide leadership, support, review, and appropriate authorization for engagement and support of overall agency department operations, including but not limited to day to day financial transactions, capital requests and investment spend and tracking.
This senior agency leadership position includes accountability and regulatory compliance oversight with a focus on meaningful impact, exceptional service quality, positive, accretive and measurable outcomes to support the sustainability, growth and overall support of the agency mission statement.
Direct agency oversight and responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, human resources, accounting, finance, and information technologies.
Direct reports include, but may not be limited to, Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Finance, Information Technologies (IT), and other staffing accountabilities as directed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
