Director Portfolio Execution

Position Overview :

The Director Portfolio Execution is responsible for facilitating the execution of Plan of Record Portfolios. Ensures alignment with the multi-segment business model.

How you will make an impact :

• Monitors projects to ensure deliverables are met.
• Provides expert knowledge of roadmaps and strategic view of enterprise dependency, program solution delivery.
• Oversees budget and forecast.
• Provides leadership on external advocacy efforts.
• Provides strategic direction and refines consolidated roadmap of initiatives.
• Manages requirements, strategic projects, reports, analysis, and deadlines.
• Oversees steering and advisory committees in creating executive documents.
• Creates internal and external communication strategy, including responses to inquiries and requests for information from external parties.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
• Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Minimum Requirements :

Requires a BA / BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience :

• PMP certification.
• PMO experience.
• Experience in leading a team of project managers.
• Health insurance industry experience.
• Ability to lead and facilitate end-to-end execution activities across IT and business / operational partners.
• Polished in communications, able to create internal executive reporting and client-facing content as needed.
• Challenges technology, processes, operating models that do not align with end-to-end coordination.
• Provides direct proactive leadership to a broad matrix team.

Salary Information :

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $142,884 to $244,944.

Locations : California; Colorado; District of Columbia (Washington, DC); Nevada; New York; Washington State.
