Director Portfolio Execution

Position Overview :
The Director Portfolio Execution is responsible for facilitating the execution of Plan of Record Portfolios. Ensures alignment with the multi-segment business model.
How you will make an impact :
- Monitors projects to ensure deliverables are met.
- Provides expert knowledge of roadmaps and strategic view of enterprise dependency, program solution delivery.
- Oversees budget and forecast.
- Provides leadership on external advocacy efforts.
- Provides strategic direction and refines consolidated roadmap of initiatives.
- Manages requirements, strategic projects, reports, analysis, and deadlines.
- Oversees steering and advisory committees in creating executive documents.
- Creates internal and external communication strategy, including responses to inquiries and requests for information from external parties.
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
- Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
Minimum Requirements :
Requires a BA / BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience :
- PMP certification.
- PMO experience.
- Experience in leading a team of project managers.
- Health insurance industry experience.
- Ability to lead and facilitate end-to-end execution activities across IT and business / operational partners.
- Polished in communications, able to create internal executive reporting and client-facing content as needed.
- Challenges technology, processes, operating models that do not align with end-to-end coordination.
- Provides direct proactive leadership to a broad matrix team.
Salary Information :
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $142,884 to $244,944.
Locations : California; Colorado; District of Columbia (Washington, DC); Nevada; New York; Washington State.
