POSITION SUMMARY

The SaaS Software Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement of our cloud based SaaS products.

This role requires a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

You will work closely with engineers, designers, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for our SaaS offerings, aligning with the company’s vision and customer needs.
• Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and identify market opportunities to guide product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new features and services to market, from concept to launch.
• Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure product success and make data-driven decisions for future product iterations.
• Prioritize product features and functionalities, balancing customer needs with business priorities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding product development progress, decisions, and outcomes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and requirements specifications.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance post-launch to ensure ongoing competitiveness in the market.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of product management or related experience in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Knowledge of the Physical Security Industry desired
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
