Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM
Shifts per week : 3
Job Description :
- The RN Clinical Nurse works as a proactive team member, ensuring individualized, high-quality, safe patient care.
- Practices relationship-based patient care, maintaining communication with patients and their significant others.
- Follows the Nursing Process and provides evidence-based care.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the safe delivery of care.
- Participates in shared governance, clinical performance improvements, and nursing research.
Required Certifications :
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN)
Additional Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and time management skills.
