THE JOB :
As a Poker Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for attending to the needs of players and guests as necessary. You will be the primary point of contact between guests and all poker services.
You will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by providing exceptional service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.
THE SCHEDULE : Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Schedules are subject to change. You may be scheduled a shift with the following start time below.
- Grave shift : 2 AM - 6 AM
- Day shift : 10 AM - 5 PM
- Swing shift : 6 PM - 11 PM
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Act as a front-line ambassador, greeting guests while maintaining table waiting list
- Seat players in games and making rulings in games following proper departmental protocol
- Stay informed about all Poker Division activities and events
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- Possesses a high school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years old
- Has at least 2 years of poker dealer or casino supervisory experience
- Able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

Pay Range :
The typical pay range for this role is :
Minimum - Maximum
$11.72 - $29.54*This is a tip eligible position.
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans.
