Family Medicine opportunity with a growing health center in Augusta, Georgia :

Practice Overview :

  • Well-established health center providing care to Augusta for 20 years
  • Patient centered medical home anchored by a 19,000 square foot facility - Opened in 2012
  • Currently providing care at 20 locations - Recruiting for locations in Augusta
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with 2 major hospitals, including a Medical University
  • Strong primary care base of 18 providers - Recruiting due to growth
  • Average 20- 25 patients per day
  • Support staff to include advanced practice providers
  • No weekends - Phone call only (minimal)

Compensation Overview :

  • Base annual salary up to 20 0K plus production - Demonstrated incomes from 240K-250K
  • NHSC Loan Assistance - 75K over 3 years
  • Comprehensive benefits
  • 20 Days PTO
  • 5 Days CME with 3500 allowance
  • 10K Relocation
  • 401K with 4 percent match

  • Florida - Pensacola, Community Health, M-F, 220K Salary
  • Illinois - 1 hr and 45 minutes from Chicago - 350K demonstrated income
  • South Carolina - Orangeburg - Faculty and community health - Directorship available - Visa Support
  • North Carolina - Fayetteville and surrounding - 3-day weeks available at certain locations - 240K plus - Visa Support
  • Texas - Del Rio - Community Health - Up to 250K Salary plus incentives - 20K sign on - NHSC Support - Visa Support
