As a Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our customer service commitment, with a key role in organization and supporting sales, managing communications and project coordination within our team-based culture.

The project coordinator will be responsible for organizing and supporting sales for projects

before and after sales to insure successful completion of such contracts.

Job Responsibilities :

• Reviews architectural plans and specs for takeoffs with the sales team.
• Creates client quotes using internal electronic quoting systems.
• Coordinates labor and material pricing for project bids.
• Write purchase orders and processes purchase orders.
• Coordinates subcontracts and subcontract change orders.
• Manages submittals for product selections by clients.
• Maintains the Pipedrive CRM System.
• Schedules turnover meetings with sales and project management teams.
• Communicates between clients and ACC for orders in progress, understanding the scheduling for installation process.
• Estimates projection of lead times for communications to clients.
• Orders samples and sales tools for the sales team.
• Conducts site visits for review and communication back to office as necessary.
• Coordinates service requirement with the project management team.
• Coordinates deliveries and unloading as needed.
• Prepare close out documents on completed projects for issue to the clients.
• Participates in Industry and social networking events as requested.

Skills for Success :

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, design, construction management, business, communications or similar.
• Knowledge of reading architectural drawings, AutoCAD and construction specifications.
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Suite, Excel, and Construction Management software.
• Ability to communicate with trade partners, team members and customer clients pre and post sale.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Must enjoy working with people in a friendly and confident manner.
• Occasional window and door coordination of unloads.
• Ability to visit job sites as needed.
