The Opportunity :
- Independent healthcare system with strong leadership, extensive specialties, and a dedication to patient care and work / life balance.
- Practice full scope Family Medicine with optional OB, and the flexibility to practice the way you want.
- Excellent work / life balance with moderate 1 : 15 call (no hospital call), a 4-day work week, and 7+ weeks off year 1.
- Enjoy modern facilities and equipment with exceptional clinical and administrative support.
Compensation Details :
- Competitive, guaranteed base salary years 1 and 2 plus production bonus, signing bonus, relocation, and other incentives.
- Signing bonus & relocation stipend plus a comprehensive benefit package with excellent retirement options, CME stipend, and more.
- Ownership track after two years with total earnings 75th percentile MGMA or better.
- Executive level benefits with 100% paid health care for you and your family plus extraordinary employee retirement contribution to 30K+.
