A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Business Development Manager by identifying new client business opportunities in our Dallas, TX office.

Your Day Includes

Identifying potential clients and projects

Developing firm workload forecasts

Making direct contacts with leads and prospects

Tracking and maintaining client and project leads using Deltek Vision or Salesforce CRM

Preparing formal presentations and contract proposals

Must Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline

10 years of business development, sales, or marketing experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the AEC industry

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
