- Must be proficient in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of Refrigeration systems
- Technician must be able to complete approved repairs, improvements, maintenance, or
installations within industry standards
- Able to perform maintenance, service and trouble shoot Refrigeration equipment
- Must be driven to succeed and able to work with minimum supervision
- The technician will be responsible for accurately troubleshooting and repairing system needs
Customer service skills required to communicate effectively with customers
- Clean equipment / work area and complete all paperwork required by management
- Maintain truck inventory, while keeping assigned service vehicle organized and clean
