What You'll Do :
- Perform Production Processes : Handle demolition and other labor-intensive tasks to meet the needs of restoration projects.
- Manage Equipment and Supplies : Inventory and load your work vehicle with the necessary tools and materials, ensuring everything is organized and ready for each job.
- Prepare and Clean : Set up and stage work areas, and ensure a clean and orderly job site at the end of each day.
- Safety First : Adhere to all safety and risk management guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Communication : Work closely with the restoration supervisor and fellow technicians to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Work Schedule :
- Friday : 8 : 00 a.m. - 6 : 00 p.m.
- Saturday : 8 : 00 a.m. - 6 : 00 p.m.
- Sunday : 8 : 00 a.m. - 6 : 00 p.m.
- Monday : 8 : 00 a.m. - 6 : 00 p.m.
Position Requirements :
- Valid Drivers License
- High School Diploma / GED
Skills and Physical Demands :
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Comfort with climbing ladders, working at heights, and in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces).
- Ability to work with cleaning agents and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Successful completion of a background check as required by law.
