Inclusion Facilitator (Recreation Leader II)
Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $20.52
The current full hourly range for this position is $20.52- $29.41
Under the direction of the assigned Adaptive Specialist or Adaptive Coordinator, the Inclusion Facilitator will maintain supervision and support of youth in recreation programming in our Beyond the Bell after school programs.
They will assist individuals and groups of students in accessing quality recreation programming as lead by a program instructor by aiding in the provision of accommodations, responding to behaviors, providing extra supervision where needed, and participating as a vital member of the Beyond the Bell site team.
Inclusion Facilitators may also help advise and guide other staff in positive behavior supports and best practices, facilitate collaborative conversations with children and staff to create social and behavioral contracts, and otherwise support group, sensory, and behavior management for programs at their assigned site.

Implement, lead and / or oversee programming and activities in an assigned program area
In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to :
