Job Description

Unbridled is looking for an enthusiastic People & Possibilities Intern to join our team. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office management, human resources, onboarding, and more! You’ll be working within the dynamic and creative environment within the events industry, with opportunities to learn from various people across multiple disciplines.

You will assist in running our Denver offices two beautiful historic mansions located in Capitol Hill while learning the essentials of office management, HR functions, and internal operations.

This is a perfect opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in HR, office management, or event management.

Our ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and will participate in real-world projects that enhance your professional development.

Successful Candidates will have the following :

Some prior experience working in an office or customer service environment preferred

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills

The ability to manage time and priorities efficiently

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

A hospitality mindset with a desire to create positive experiences

What you would be doing at Unbridled :

Greet clients and visitors and answer any inquiries with a spirit of hospitality

Answer and route incoming calls

Collect and route mail and packages

Manage orders, build relationships and negotiate with all external service providers shipment companies, office supply providers, coffee distributor, etc.

Manage supply room and ensure offices have all material needs met

Keep all public spaces in offices neat and organized at all times

Shadow and support People & Possibilities team :

Greet in-person interviews

Support onboarding and orientation deliverables

Prepare for and greet new hires

Administrative tasks as needed

Set up office celebrations (internal company events, anniversaries, etc.) and manage monthly birthday gift distribution

Schedule meeting rooms and other appointments as needed

Schedule and Pay Range :

Hourly Rate Range : $20 Per Hour

Schedule : 9 : 30am - 3 : 00pm, Monday-Friday

This is a 100% in-office role
