SUPERINTENDENT - COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
A leading South Florida general contractor, specializing in Construction Management, Design / Build, and General Contracting, is looking for an experienced Superintendent to manage on-site construction activities and oversee field personnel.
Projects are local to South Florida.

Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
- Direct all field personnel to achieve timely project completion.
- Maintain clear, daily communication with Project Managers and administrative staff.
- Develop and update project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Assess field personnel and crew performance.
- Complete daily site reports and timesheets.
- Attend scheduled on-site and off-site meetings.
- Promote and enforce safety practices.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years in the construction industry, with at least 2 years as a lead Superintendent.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Proficiency in blueprint and contract document review.
- Experience with construction-related software is a plus.
- Strong team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
