Required Education High School Diploma or Equivalent
Customer Service Representative interviews customers and records interview information into computer.
Responsibilities
- Processes orders via phone or paper purchase orders.
- Answers all incoming calls and routes to the appropriate personnel.
- Logs a call for technical support.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and / or move up to 30 pounds.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
