- 1 year experience in a production environment.
- Understanding of machine setup and tear down.
- Use of HMIs
- Overhead crane experience
- Basic understanding of automation
Shifts : 2nd shift : 3pm 11pm or 3rd shift : 11pm- 7am (must be available for one)
Day to Day :
Machine Operators will be responsible for operating CNC machines. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Perform the startup and shutdown procedures for the assigned production line area.
- Perform all of the following tasks : milling, turning, drilling, taping, de-burring, molding and all bench operations, as well as the inspection of them.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance duties.
- Report any malfunctions or abnormalities with equipment to the maintenance team.
- Complete reports and answer inquires, as requested or assigned.
- Accurately record all material usage.
- Maintain cleanliness of the assigned production line area.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
