Job Title : Assembler
Job Description
Join a leading manufacturer of brake and HVAC systems. This company supplies braking systems, passenger doors, and climate-control equipment for Mass Transit companies and also services their products at the Union City location.
As an assembler, you will perform repairs or overhauls of pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment. Initially, you will assist mainly in the assembly and repairs of brake systems, with opportunities for training and certification to work on HVAC systems.
Hard Skills
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Mechanically and electrically inclined
- Ability to read and follow diagrams and written instructions
- 3+ years of relevant experience
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Union City, California.
Work Environment
Sitting, standing, walking, crouching, kneeling, pushing / pulling, etc. Maximum lifting / carrying : 50 lbs. Shop environment.
Shift : 5 : 00am-3 : 30pm, Monday - Thursday (OT when available and Fridays)
