JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Responsibilities : Provide superior customer service and quality technical content via incoming emails in a fast-paced, automated, high-volume processing environment.
Responsible for processing a variety of transactions on personal lines insurance accounts.Able to navigate conversations with agents and underwriting to determine the best course of action to deliver timely results.
Discuss and provide alternatives to prevent delays in processing to ensure smooth transaction to the insured account.Maintain a high level of detail with email, being the first person to handle requests.
Assume ownership and timeliness in handling customer requests in an efficient, accurate and professional manner.Demonstrate the ability to analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems, while maintaining a pleasant experience for the customer.
Learn with a high regard for accuracy of basic knowledge of personal lines insurance principals and Chubb products.Efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve requests, inquiries and concernsMaintain established levels of productivity, service, and quality standards within a fast-paced environment.
Process assigned work within the established timeframes, able to meet turn-around times and service levelsWorks collaboratively with team members, and business partners to provide quality experience for our agents.
Know and comply with corporate policies, regulatory standards (SOX), business processes (PCI) and procedures.Work overtime as needed.
