Client Manager

A company is looking for a Client Manager to lead client relationships and project execution in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and deliver high-quality Data Quality service projects from start to finish

Build trusted relationships with clients, from technical staff to executive stakeholders

Conduct client meetings to identify needs and set project plans

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience supporting legal marketing with a clear understanding of client success factors

Proficient in a legal CRM system, either InterAction or DealCloud

Strong business and client success mindset, particularly in the legal industry

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
