About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : Valid state license preferred at time of submission

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (preferred)

Must-Have : EPIC and trauma experience

Description :

Assess patient needs, plan interventions, and coordinate consultations.

Provide procedures and treatments in the emergency department, including moderate and deep sedation, intubation, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Handle a patient population with trauma, acute stroke, STEMI, psychosis, and sepsis.

Patients may frequently present with alcohol or drug abuse histories or complex medical issues.

Ability to manage patients in a fast-paced, high-stress environment is essential.

Experience with initial patient assessments, triage, and emergency interventions is required.

Collaboration with interdisciplinary support services is an integral part of care delivery.

Must be able to manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction and psychological emergencies.

Experience in handling complex medical situations and trauma cases is necessary.

Flexibility to float within the facility is required.

Responsible for following all protocols and regulations during patient care.
