This role is critical in supporting the CPO and the broader HR team to achieve the company's people goals and deliver impact across the organization.

What You'll Do :

• Strategic Partnership : Act as a strategic advisor to the CPO, helping to define, prioritize, and operationalize the HR strategy.
• Consultative Leadership : Provide consulting expertise to HR and business leaders, leveraging insights and data to inform decision-making.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee the operational rhythm of the HR function, including managing the HR calendar and strategic planning processes.
• Performance Metrics : Monitor and report on HR performance metrics, ensuring the HR function is delivering value to the business.
• Communication and Alignment : Facilitate communication and alignment across the HR leadership team.
• Change Agent : Act as a champion for culture and change, supporting the CPO in driving a high-performance culture.
• Tactical Execution : Handle day-to-day tactical work as needed, including managing key HR projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

What We're Looking For :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with demonstrated success in senior HR roles
• Proven track record of partnering with senior executives and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Experience in organizational design, change management, and talent management
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to : experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs.

The annual base salary range for this position is : $150,000-$220,000
