PhysicalTherapist
- Willperform comprehensive assessment of therapy patients both in theinpatient and outpatient setting develop a plan of care performtreatment as indicated assess patient s response to treatment andassist with dischargeplanning.
- Utilize exercises manualtherapy modalities and education to improve the patient s overallmobility pain and functionalability.
- Provide education relatedto the treatment program disease process and prevention of furtherinjuries to the patient family / caregiver and other members of thehealthcare team.
- Document inelectronic healthsystem.
- Communicate with referringpractitioner nursing unit and other departments whenappropriate.
Qualificationsof PhysicalTherapist
- Graduateof an accredited Physical Therapyprogram
- Current Physical Therapistlicense
