This role involves maintaining customer equipment, addressing urgent service needs, and supporting project upgrades for the automated machinery product line. Other responsibilities :
- Focus on hardware and controls, particularly in automation machinery.
- Drive cost and efficiency improvements in project designs.
- Deliver prompt technical responses, concepts, and solutions.
- Provide technical advisory support for production, installation, and service.
- Participate in a team to handle customer support calls during and after regular work hours.

Job Details
- Preferred experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience with sortation systems in a material handling environment is a plus.
- Experience in a support, engineering, or manufacturing environment is desired.
