We are looking for a friendly, outgoing Marketing Coordinator who is detail-oriented and can juggle tasks amidst constant interruption.

This individual will assist the Call Center Manager & CMO by pulling reports, entering data, taking calls and helping coordinate team events.

With DaBella's fast paced environment this is a critical role in supporting a team of over 100 employees.

Compensation : $18.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities : Set up tracking systems for online marketing activitiesTrack results of call center production and report results to payrollTrack progress with Marketing Managers and / or Marketing SpecialistsTrack monthly / daily bonuses for Call Center Dialers / ConfirmersKeep accurate records and documentation of Marketing productionPrepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales dataMonitor and adjusts time cards for the Marketing departmentQualifications :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, email, email scheduling tools, internet, and internet-based applicationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlinesAbility to interact with all levels of staffProject a professional demeanor alwaysAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefits :
