We are seeking skilled and experienced Leasing consultants for job opportunities at a apartment communities in Silver Spring, MD .
Our clients are looking for employees who love touring, provides excellent customer service, and helps prospects find an amazing place they are excited to call home.
We offer part-time and full-time schedules + scattered schedules and single-day pick-ups!
Qualifications :
- Take special care and pride in helping new and existing residents
- Multi-family leasing experience; calling from the queue, scheduling tours, completing guest cards, showing apartments & beyond
- Fair Housing expertise - "What you do for one, you must do for all!" - The seven federally protected classes are race, religion, national origin, color, familial status, sex, and disability .
These classes or characteristics are protected under the federal Fair Housing Act.
- Outgoing and friendly personality; must be a "people person"
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow instructions assigned by supervisor
