What You’ll Do :
As our Purchasing Specialist , you’ll be the strategic driver of our procurement process, managing everything from international sourcing to vendor relationships.
You'll be critical in ensuring we maintain an efficient, cost-effective supply chain while keeping quality and timelines top of mind.

Key Responsibilities :
Sourcing & Vendor Relations : Collaborate with internal teams to identify, evaluate, and qualify new domestic and international suppliers of raw components.
Establish strong partnerships to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
End-to-End Product Delivery : Oversee the entire procurement process, including negotiation, purchasing, planning, and logistics.
Ensure smooth inventory management and on-time delivery to meet production needs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze inventory levels, forecasts, and market trends using NetSuite to make cost-effective decisions that meet quality standards and minimize overall costs.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Communicate regularly with internal teams production, engineering, and finance to ensure alignment on timelines, budgets, and inventory requirements.
- Supplier Performance Monitoring : Track vendor performance, focusing on delivery times, product quality, and consistency.
Take corrective actions when necessary to maintain high standards of operation.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing within a manufacturing setting
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP system.
- Strong analytical, time management, and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
