Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 8 years of comprehensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and possess advanced technical expertise to design, develop, implement, and maintain complex solutions within Salesforce.

The Senior Salesforce Developer will play a crucial role in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions based on business requirements
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs by creating custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, process builder flows, and Lightning components
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools
• Evaluate new Salesforce features and updates to determine their relevance and impact on existing systems and processes
• Perform code reviews, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
• Optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable
• Proven experience in leading and managing Salesforce development projects from conception to deployment
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
