- Job Responsibilities;
- Process weekly payroll for 130 to 150 exempt and non-exempt employees through a 3rd party payroll processing service (Paylocity).
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies occurring between entered and processed payroll records.
- Prepare certified wage reports for any prevailing wage rate jobs.
- Upload records generated from the weekly payroll process to update the general ledger and job cost databases.
- Provide ad hoc payroll reports requested for internal or external purposes, as needed.
- Provide all payroll data, relating to the company 401K, ESOP and other benefit plans, as needed for annual plan audits.
- Sit on company 401K committee.
- Document and, periodically, evaluate payroll policies and procedures and make changes when necessary.
- Track employee paid time off (PTO) and calculate paid amounts due at termination when needed.
- Secure all confidential information and periodically review the internal controls on that data.
