About The Position
Job Title : Pharmacist Job Specialty : General Pharmacy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 8-hour day / evening, rotating weekends Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Not specified License : PA License required Certifications : Required registries Must-Have : - TPN review and recommendation to providers- Order verification- Manual product packaging checks Job Description : Perform comprehensive TPN review and provide recommendations to healthcare providers.
- Verify medical orders accurately and efficiently.- Check the manual packaging of products, both oral and IV compounded.
- Assist with chemotherapy IV admixture as needed.- Respond to and triage phone inquiries appropriately.- Experience with Theradoc preferred.
- Participate in a rotating schedule with every third weekend.- Adhere to a business casual dress code; hospital-laundered scrubs provided for IV room duties.
