Paralegal (Full-Time In-Office)

Our firm primarily represents clients who have been catastrophically injured. We are not a high-volume client mill, and we pride ourselves on offering a supportive, collaborative work environment where your contributions make a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives.
Position :
We are seeking a full-time Paralegal with pre-litigation personal injury experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping our clients through the early stages of their personal injury claims, from intake through settlement negotiations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Gather and organize medical records, bills, and other essential case documentation
- Communicate with clients to ensure they are informed and supported throughout their case
- Draft demand letters, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies regarding treatment and claims
- Maintain case files and keep attorneys apprised of case status and deadlines
- Negotiate liens and coordinate settlement distributions
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2-3 years of pre-litigation personal injury experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with personal injury case management software
- Familiarity with medical records and terminology
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
