Our client, a prominent Graphics Arts Capital Equipment Dealer servicing 19 States and based in the Midwest, They are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer dedicated to installing and repairing cutters and routers die-cutting equipment.
This role is crucial, and the employer offers top-tier compensation and benefits package. A valid passport and residence near a major airport are required.
Experience with Zund, Colex or Kongsberg equipment a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Install and repair digital finishing equipment onsite.
- Troubleshoot and provide support in various field environments.
- Complete installation and service paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Provide phone support to customers for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely resolution and documentation of service-related issues.
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems, including experience with large format flatbed routers, and die-cutters.
- Availability for extensive domestic and international travel.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and US Passport.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and dedication to customer satisfaction.
