Director of Production Planning (Electronics Industry Transformer)
Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of our client, a global leader in specialty chemicals for electronics interconnection. This $3+ billion company is seeking a transformational leader to spearhead their global production planning initiatives.

Our client, a key player in the semiconductor and electronics assembly solutions sector, is embarking on an exciting journey to revolutionize their planning processes.
As the Director of Production Planning , you'll be at the forefront of this transformation, working across 20 global sites to implement best-in-class planning methodologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) processes
- Drive strategic inventory management for metals and reclaim materials across global sites
- Collaborate with global supply chain and engineering teams to optimize powder sourcing and production footprint
- Implement and oversee Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Lead weekly schedule adherence meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related STEM field
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, scheduling, or related roles within manufacturing
- Expert-level knowledge of Master Production Scheduling and Supply Planning
- Experience with MRP systems and Power BI
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformational environment
