They are looking for a Staff Product Manager who will be their first product hire and will be responsible for developing and delivering cutting-edge solutions in automotive robotics.
They are looking for a strategic thinker who has experience launching hardware and robotics products from ideation to launch.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 7+ years of direct experience working in a product management role, ideally in Robotics or Automotive space
- Proven experience working in a startup environment and ability to take products from prototype stage to commercial launch
- Strong background in hardware and software development lifecycles
- Ability to communicate and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of financial planning and ability to navigate trade-offs between performance, cost, quality, and speed to market
- A strong bias towards actions and having a results-oriented mindset
Desired Skills & Experience
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve business goals
- Ability to translate high-level plans and goals into actionable insights and plans for teams to follow
