Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Mettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Floor Scale Assembler in Columbus, Ohio who will be responsible for our Complete accurate assembly functions and quality product assembly utilizing production supporting documentation;

including but not limited to production orders, standard work, blueprints and other documents related to the assembly of products all while accurately entering data into the ERP (e.

g. SAP) system and ensure that the orders are assembled appropriately.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Maintain accurate written records such as production orders, test sheets, shipping documentation, pack lists, and Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) sheets
• Maintain stock control, pull items for orders, assemble / pack products, work in other departments, and complete other related duties as required to fulfill customer requirements
• Ability to work effectively with a team or an individual basis as well as safe and effective use of tools such as banders, cutters, staplers, hand / pneumatic tools, and hand tools (power screwdriver, torque wrench, hand wrenches, etc.)
• Basic computer knowledge / skills and use of SAP)
• Other duties may be assigned

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to work overtime when required (some could be on weekends)
