We are seeking an energetic, bilingual and reliable professional to join our team of Insurance Sales Representatives. We are a boutique independant insurance agency in business for 28 years.
We specialize in homeowners, flood, auto and commercial lines.
Our Insurance agents / CSRs are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, thus we are interested in hiring an experienced homeowner SALES oriented individual with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate insurance decisions.
In this role you will :
Provide the best insurance products & advice to meet the needs of our clients / Meet and exceed individual sales / production goals Grow sales revenue via inbound / outbound channels Cross sell / Up sell to protect customers from gaps of insurance
E&L Insurance offers :

Requirements :
MUST be bilingual (English and Spanish) to be eligible for the position / previous homeowners insurance experience a plus / strong organizational, time managment and multitasking skills / excellent communication skills-verbal and written / excellent computer skills / professional presenation and demeanor
