We are seeking motivated individuals to fill roles as Insurance Sales Representatives! In these roles, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing them with tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
All of this while receiving hands on training that is designed to help you build towards a career as an insurance agent!

Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their insurance requirements and offer suitable policies.
- Customize insurance solutions to fit clients' budgets, preferences, and risk profiles.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide support, address inquiries, and promote additional products or services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
