About the Company :

Atlantic IT seeks a proactive and results-oriented Client Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and project coordination, with the ability to manage client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • About the Role :
  • Client Relationship Management : Serve as clients' primary point of contact, managing and nurturing long-term relationships.

Understand client needs and ensure their requirements are met.

Project Coordination : Coordinate and facilitate kick-off meetings to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Communication : Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Client Success : Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are met. Track and report on account performance and project status to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Risk Management : Monitor and control project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accurately reflects project status.
  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in client success and project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customer Engagement : Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management and project coordination.

Education : Master’s degree in Computer Applications, Bachelor’s degree in Physics, or a related field.

Skills :

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge for efficient documentation and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
