Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business for our pressure pumping, acidizing, and chemical services by connecting with key decision-makers at workover rigs, field sites, and oilfield locations.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, particularly in well stimulation services and chemical sales, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position that requires extensive travel across the Permian Basin and other oilfield regions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Field Engagement : Make regular visits to workover rigs, drilling sites, and field locations to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation : Proactively cold-call and seek out new leads for pressure pumping, acidizing, and chemical services, focusing on customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Client Relations : Establish and nurture strong relationships with well site supervisors, operations managers, and other decision-makers, positioning Acquire Oilfield Solutions as a trusted partner.
  • Service & Product Presentation : Communicate the technical and safety advantages of our frac, acidizing, pressure pumping, and chemical services to potential clients.
  • Lead Conversion : Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, converting leads into contracts through effective follow-up and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with Operations : Work closely with internal teams, including operations, engineering, and chemical experts, to ensure the seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Industry Informed : Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest advancements in well stimulation and chemical applications.

Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years in sales , preferably in oilfield services, with a focus on well stimulation, pressure pumping, acidizing, or chemical sales.
  • Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with pressure pumping, hydraulic fracturing, acidizing, and chemical products used in oil and gas operations, along with an understanding of related equipment and safety protocols.
  • Chemical Sales Experience : Previous experience in selling chemicals used in well stimulation or production enhancement is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical services and build rapport with clients.
  • Self-Motivated : A driven and independent professional who excels in a field-based role and is comfortable with extensive travel.
  • Problem-Solving : A results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify client challenges and provide tailored solutions through our services and products.
  • Travel-Ready : Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Permian Basin and beyond to oilfield locations.
