Speech Language Pathologist - Rehabilitation Services - Per diem - The areas highest quality rehabilitation care providing a warm and compassionate environment - Minimum of 2 shifts monthly (Monday-Friday) as needed - The Speech Language Pathologist will provide and direct speech therapy services which may include pediatric, adult and / or geriatric persons to help them reach their maximum potential.

Minimum Qualifications :
- Master’s Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
- Hold a certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) credential offered by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- Homecare visits required
- Valid State licensure
- Minimum three (3) years of experience; geriatrics or other related health care facility preferred.
- Flu vaccine required, or receive an exemption prior to employment
- Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes
