Warehouse IT Support Technician
Type : Contract-to-Hire
Location : Onsite in Round Rock, TX
Compensation : $18 / hr - $20 / hr
Our client, a key player in the logistics and transportation space, is looking for a Warehouse IT Support Technician to join their team.

- Supporting, troubleshooting, and fixing mission-critical warehouse applications and devices
- Configuring devices and network components
- Prioritizing tickets and projects in an effective and efficient manner
- Collaborating across various teams and leadership
- Building relationships with stakeholders
Here's what our ideal candidate has :
- 2+ years of professional IT Support experience
- Experience providing OS and Device support (Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, Mobile, Printers, Scanners, Laptops, Desktops, etc.)
- Familiarity with network configuration and protocols
- Scripting experience is a plus (Java, VBScript, PHP, etc.)
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Logistics, Transportation, and / or Warehouse IT experience is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
