BDA Systems Co is the integration spin-off of an antenna design and manufacturing firm founded in 1988. As the parent company, Antenna World Inc.
has designed years of feedback and improvements in our very own components that our installers and partners enjoy. Everything we offer is currently deployed over hundreds of D.
A.S. deployments nationwide.
In addition to being able to supply the entire Bill of Materials (BOM) for a project, BDA Systems Co. also provides iBwave design modeling, AHJ submittals, permitting, site surveys, and consulting.
As a turn-key integrator, we translate our efficiency into cost savings across all line items on every project.
BDA Systems Co. is a communications, equipment, engineering, and installation company that operates in all 50 states. Much of what we install is our custom materials and components which are now being sold to new customers who are self-performing similar installations.
This is a very lucrative position in a rapidly growing industry. Sales are determined by reputation, quality of work, and relationships with customers.
Success will be dependent on the candidate's ability to leverage our strengths in developing lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while prospecting new ones.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and support to clients.
Qualities preferred for the position :
1. Three years of proven and successful Account Executive experience
2. Project management experience in the form of engineering, fieldwork and / or
administration. Other experiences can be evaluated.
3. Technically inclined and can easily grasp new concepts
4. Excellent verbal and written skills
5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
6. Critical thinking skills and the ability to independently find solutions
7. Highly technically proficient and comfortable with technology items
8. Self Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Benefits and Pay :
Base Salary (based on region)
Bonuses and commissions based on performance targets 2.5% of gross sales up to Plan, 5% between $1M-$3M, 5.5% after $3M
