Position Overview :
The Customer Experience Specialist for Trapmate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service for Skyhawk’s product line of electronic remote monitoring solutions.
The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive timely, courteous, and effective assistance with their inquiries, concerns, and requests, thereby enhancing overall satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Description :
- Provide technical help to external customers and internal teams in product deployment or trouble shooting.
- Assist in customer support; managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
- Support marketing and sales team’s efforts.
- Assisting in developing and delivering regular and customized training to customers or internal teams.
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer skills, inclusive of but not restricted to Microsoft word and Excel.
- 2-4 years of experience in customer support
- Experience in field deployment of products.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with all members of the organization.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Willingness to travel to select tradeshows.
- Previous experience in the pest control industry is a plus.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
