Customer Service Support Specialist - Seattle, WA (Hybrid Schedule)

The Commerce Bank of Washington, a division of Zions Bancorporation N.A., is currently seeking Customer Service Support Specialist role in Seattle, Washington .

The position may have a hybrid work schedule , which will include 1 day work from home, and 4 days in office.

This position offers an unparalleled level of service to a dedicated portfolio of Bank clients.The Customer Service Support Specialist position requires an individual who works well independently and as part of a team.

This position needs a person who is professional, a self-starter, flexible, and motivated.

Job Requirements :

• Provides administrative and clerical support for clients and department staff.
• Responsible to take phone calls, answer questions, validate information, and fill out wire transfer forms.
• Assists clients with online banking onboarding and usage.
• Provides coverage for out of office Customer Service Staff.
• Maintains professional working relationships with clientele respecting privacy law and policy
• Available to serve as emergency teller coverage in Bellevue branch
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Requires High School Degree or Equivalent and 1+ years' experience in administrative or customer support services, banking or other related experience.

A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

• Basic knowledge of banking, bank products and services.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Solid customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other business software.
• Good problem resolution skills.
