Requirements : For Ag Diesel Tech Apprentice :
- Knowledge and exposure to working with engines, hydraulics, power trains, air-conditioning, and electrical systems are preferred
- Interest in pursuing an ag diesel technician career
For Ag Diesel Technicians :
- At least 1 year of experience as a diesel mechanic / technician performing service repairs
- Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- A valid driver’s license is required
